Friends of Jenn Jennifer Sertl is President of Customer Service Alliance, Inc., an organizational effectiveness company, whose primary objective is aligning strategy and people to create customer value. Jennifer brings nine years of management level experience where she has supported significant paradigm shifts in both the telecommunications and health care industries. In addition to supporting the foundation for CSA, Jennifer is an executive chair for Vistage, an organization dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEOs. In her local community she facilitates and directs the professional development of 14 CEOs in a broad range of industries to help these professionals “Outperform”.

Jennifer is also an on-line instructor of Barnes & Noble University for classes such as Achieving Customer Service Excellence, Business Etiquette, and Issues in Managing People. She is currently meeting with publishers for her book entitled: Agility and Transforganization – Resilience, Responsiveness and Reflection for a global economy, Knowledge Mobility at the Speed of Thought.

Jennifer is Co-Founder of a new NPO initiative, The Global 2020 Institute, whose mission is to train and coach young, unconventional leaders from all nations and religions, to form a global network of collaboration. Jennifer is actively involved in the local community supporting Wilson Commencement Park, a facility that transitions individuals from welfare to self-sustained income. She was a strategic partner for Eve, a magazine focused on the Voice of Western New York Women. She has been on board level leadership positions for American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Rochester Women's Network (RWN) and currently with the National Association of Women Business Owners. (NAWBO). Jennifer graduated from the Leadership Rochester Class of 2004.

Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and is NYS Certified to teach English grade 7-12. She is married to her husband Eric and they have two daughters, Sienna and Hannah.
